• Opened to play in 1998, the course was designed and built by Graham Cooke & Associates, Inc. (GCA) of Montreal and Vancouver, Canada and Turin, Italy.

  • Architect Graham Cooke calls the location "enormously powerful" and took an active role in developing the course. With lovely views in all directions, it truly is a remarkable setting for a remarkably executed course.

  • GCA constructs new courses worldwide and has redesigned high profile clubs including the Royal Montreal Golf Club, site of the 1975, 1980 and 1997 Canadian Opens and the 2007 President's Cup.

  • Golfers and non-golfers alike have described the site as a magnificent setting for a golf course.

  • The course evolved from a 225-acre parcel of open and wooded land that was part of a larger 415-acre plot.
  • The remaining 165 acres is deeded to the Vermont Land Trust to remain undeveloped in perpetuity. There is no residential traffic through the course.
