The setting for your Special Day is everything. Country Club of Vermont's intimate property is highlighted by our country themed clubhouse and majestic views of one of Vermont's iconic mountains, Camel's Hump. Our Executive Chef and wedding staff are available to assist you in planning every special detail of Your Day. Conveniently located within minutes of Burlington and Stowe we offer the perfect venue for a rehearsal dinner, wedding party golf outing, ceremony and/or reception.

An advance non refundable deposit of $3500 is required to guarantee your event. This also ensures that the Club will not have any other events on this day. A deposit of 50% of the estimated balance will be due 30 days prior to event.The final balance is due 5 working days after the function date.
A guaranteed count of the minimum number of guests expected to attend your event is due ten days in advance of your event date. The minimum number may not drop by more than 20% of the original contracted number. If the actual event numbers exceed the guaranteed final count, the client is financially responsible for the additional guests at the contracted per person rate.
We require a credit card number to keep on file for any outstanding charges incurred.
We accept all major credit cards.

Expected Fees
Facility fee: $3500
Includes use of the club house, patio, porches, locker rooms, bathrooms and parking.

Ceremony fee: $600 (plus rentals, such as seating, flowers etc., if applicable)
Includes use of golf carts for bridal party and photographer to travel to any of the many striking settings for pictures. Location to be mutually agreed upon by Club staff and client.

Dinner menus start at $50++ per person and include the following setup items:
Table linen
Dinner Plates
Salad/Dessert Plates
Coffee Cups
Dinner Forks
Salad/Dessert Forks
Dinner Knives
Water Goblets
Wine Glasses
Champagne Flutes
*Dinner Menus will be customized by the Chef and agreed upon by the client

Hors d´oeuvres start at $12++ per person.
Wedding cake/dessert start at $7++ per person.
*If a wedding cake is contracted the Club will charge a $3 per person plating charge

Open bar is based on guests’ consumption with no additional fee however there is a $1000 a minimum.

Staffed cash bar fee is $275 for 100 guests.

Sparkling wine/champagne toast $700 and up, based on 100 guests (price contingent on clients’ choice of sparkling wine).
*All food and beverages are subject to 18% Service charge and 9% tax

Club Policies
Dress Code:
We request that your guests respect that we are private country club. Please make sure that your guests are dressed in at least “Business Casual” attire and that gentlemen remove their hats while in the Clubhouse.

Food Service:
Outside food service is not permitted.

Alcoholic Beverages:
Vermont State Liquor Laws requires that:
Absolutely no one under the age of 21 may consume alcohol.
• We are mandated to control consumption. We must refuse anyone who we perceive to be under the influence. Should we need to cease to serve a guest the host of the event will be notified.
• Persons who appear underage will be asked to produce a valid state photo identification card.
• No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property.
• The Bar will close 1⁄2 hour before the event ends. We will continue to offer Non Alcoholic Beverages until the end of the event.

All decorations must be approved by a member of CCVT’s Management team. Decoration of the Clubhouse can begin the day of your event, time to be determined on a case by case basis. All decorations must be cleaned up and removed from CCVT that evening. If there are any decorations that causes CCVT staff to clean above and beyond what would be expected there will be a $250 charge added to the credit card on file. CCVT will not be responsible for any personal property.

Guests are permitted to smoke outside on the front porch (overlooking the circle) or in the parking lots. Smoking anywhere else on the property is prohibited.

Additional Services:
An additional $400 will be added to the event cost for reserving the space for the rehearsal the evening before, and the set-up and breakdown of the ceremony site.

All rentals must be rented through the Country Club of Vermont.
